Fidana Alieva is a Bachelor in political science, foreign affairs expert, Director General for the Centre for Mediation and Negotiation (Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic). Successfully graduated from the Japan Centre for Human Development in Kyrgyz Republic with specialization in practical business management (2016) and Kyrgyz National University with specialization in psychological counseling (2014). She is a certified business trainer (certificate is accredited by the Efficient Intellect training Center MBA, New York (2013). Since 2016 she is an expert for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic on mediation. Since 2014 Fidana is a professional mediator for the “Soglasie” Mediation Centre, Astana, Kazakhstan. She is the author of two licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science of KR courses: “Basic Mediation Course. Mediation in social and labor disputes.” and “Business Etiquette and interethnic communication”. Fidana participated as an expert within various international and regional projects in the Kyrgyz Republic on crisis negotiation, conflict resolution and meditation for such organizations as Saferworld (Great Britain), DVV (Germany), SEQUA (Germany), OSCE, EFCA (Central Asia) etc. In 2016 she has successfully accomplished International Certificate Program on Conflict Sensitivity Development provided by OSCE Academy in Central Asia. Fidana participated as a coach, trainer and expert in different events on mediation and negotiation including trainings, forums, and round tables in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Tajikistan and Belarus. Ms. Alieva specializes in commercial, labour and family meditation, training, consulting and coaching.
