Denys Krasnikov

Denys is a Vice President of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

He got degrees in political science and economics at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. He also got a master's degree in international law at the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade. In 2012, he became a certified expert in fraud management after receiving a diploma from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ASFE). In 2011 he started taking a postgraduate training course at the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. In 2014 he took Harvard University Program for Senior Executive.

In different years he held the positions of deputy head of the State Control and Audit Department of Ukraine and deputy head of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine. He also has experience of work for other state agencies and commissions in the sphere of finance and economy. In 2001-2002, he was an adviser to the deputy prime minister of Ukraine.

In November 2013, he was appointed as ULIE vice president. He is in charge of the infrastructure development and environmental policy issues. Krasnikov also chairs the ULIE Commission for Environmental Safety.

He is an official representative in Ukraine of the Populous international architectural firm, leader in the design of construction projects for Olympic, sports and concert facilities. He also represents Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) in the negotiations on the management of the arenas that are build for hosting the Eurobasket 2015 European Basketball Championship.

Due to his significant experience in streamlining the Ukrainian state procurements system and controls in the sphere of use of public money with global standards, Krasnikov chaired the supervisory board of the State Procurement Development Institute and became a member of international expert organizations in this sphere.

Krasnikov was awarded with certificates of honor from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, a letter of acknowledgement from Kyiv City Head, certificates from Ukrainian ministries and state agencies. He also won the prize of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for youth's contribution to the development of the state.
